Meet Judith
I am a family therapist with over twenty five years’ experience in my own practice.
Just like my clients, I too have experienced many of life’s challenges, including divorce, depression, chronic illness, and the death of loved ones.
I understand the importance of listening to my client's story.
I offer my own life experience as an individual who has gone through many life stages and understands the intertwining threads of being a daughter, a mother, a wife, a grandmother, a sister, and a mother-in-law
I approach people by listening to their story, learning their family history, and address issues from within this framework. This is helpful to all clients, but it is particularly relevant to people who are dealing with challenges such as stress, loss, marital strife, and anxiety.
